Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse or search our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy & put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" & you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.
We accept all major credit & debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or securely over the Internet.
Although every effort is made to ensure that prices & information on this website are correct, we reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, or withdraw products at any time without notice. WHB reserve copyright on all artwork listed on this website. We will take action against anyone who reproduces our photography without permission. |
Shipping And Handling Please contact us for a quotation for deliveries going to off shore & international addresses.
Your items will be despatched via our couriers, smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail, only after full payment has been received & items are in stock. We make no guarantee on delivery times (excluding next day service). All items can be sent next day (Couriers) or recorded (Royal Mail) if required at an extra cost. The courier driver will ask you for your signature to say that you have received a certain amount of packages in good condition. Please DO NOT SIGN if this is not the case (the driver will wait whilst you check the packages). We are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages that have been signed for. We will only provide a replacement product for missing packages sent via 1st class mail, no refunds will be made (unless the package is returned to us). To minimise fraud, the credit card mail order code advises that all transactions be placed by the card holder & be dispatched to the billing address of the card holder.

Some cheaper Royal Mail packages will have to be upgraded in price, this is due to our website postage system working on price, not weight. We will always attempt to email you first if this is the case.
Courier orders being shipped to the Scottish Highlands & Offshore, N. Ireland or the Channel Islands will be subject to an extra surcharge (added during order processing). Unfortunately this is due to the extra charges from the couriers (we have no control over it). This does not affect Royal Mail packages. Details are as follows:

| Delivery Schedule We will normally process & send your order as soon as poosible, but please allow up to 7 business days. Unless next day delivery is requested, then all in stock items will be sent immediately. The cut off time for our couriers to collect next day packages is 1pm (Stock permitting). |

Unfortunately we are unable to give any refund for items which have been fitted incorrectly or on items that have been made to order. If you are unsure of which items to order or how to fit them, please contact us for advice.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% of the invoice price of goods ordered in error returned back to us in good condition (No matter what the reason). |
